Return and Refund Policy

At Genetech Green, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. However, due to the nature of the products we sellβ€”such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and medicinal plant extractsβ€”we offer returns and refunds only in the case of damaged or defective items.


1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You are eligible for a return or refund only if:

  • The product you received is physically damaged or defective.

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • You provide clear photographic or video proof showing the damage.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not allowed for the following:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Wrong product ordered by the customer

  • Product has been opened or used

  • Delays caused by courier or external issues

  • Reactions or dissatisfaction with product effectiveness

  • Products reported without proof of damage


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a request:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Mention your Order ID and attach photos/videos of the damaged item.

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your claim is approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

  • If a replacement is preferred, we will dispatch a new product at no extra cost.

Note:
🟠 The shipping charge paid at the time of order will be deducted from the final refund amount.
🟠 If the original order included free shipping, a standard shipping charge will still be deducted from the refund.


5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they are dispatched.


6. Final Approval

All return and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team. Our decision will be final and binding.
