1. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee on all orders, regardless of weight or location. The shipping cost is clearly mentioned at checkout before you confirm your order.

These partners help us ensure that your order reaches you securely and on time.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date your order is received.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
4. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner’s network. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, or regional holidays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package in real time.
6. Delivery Locations
We currently ship only within India. We attempt delivery to all serviceable pin codes. However, in rare cases where delivery is not possible due to courier restrictions or remote location, we will contact you for an alternate solution.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame, please note that delays may occur due to:
